Cancellation:
• Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. However, after 24 hours orders are considered final and non-cancelable as we start processing them.
Exchange:
• In case of damaged/defective/incorrectly received product, Retail Mart should be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Products should be unused and intact.
• You must drop the product at the nearest store/warehouse.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tag, barcode, label, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. • The returned products are subject to verification and checks.
• Once the return has been validated, the replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Returns:
• Retail Mart provides an easy and quick return. You would be charged a re stocking fee of 15% .
• You can request a return only within 48 hours of receiving the product. • You must drop the product at the nearest store/warehouse.
• The product should not have been installed, or the product (s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks. • Any product returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded. • Refunds are initiated only through bank account transactions, and not in cash.
